Not the end of hospital’s story

Thomson Hospital was my choice. I got admitted. I came at 12pm, got my GL approved at 2pm and only admitted to the ward at 3pm. It was supposed to be that quick. No. The only bad service that I want to complain is on their timing putting patients to the ward. Here comes the worst part, I only got my room at 1130pm. Imagine I was in pain waiting and sitting. Almost 12hours of waiting. That was not how you supposed to treat your patients. So while waiting earlier, I went to do MRI. It took me about half an hour inside the cubic? It was very confined. I could barely breath inside there. But didnt think much. I just want it to settle quick. Skip this part. Got my room and take shower (at this point I was still in pain but I know I need to take shower otherwise this would be another issue for me 😆😆. I cant. I need to take shower after a long day then only I can sleep. Such behaviour 😆😆. And then at 1.50am, Dr Hisham came to my room and wake me up from that sleep. (Not into deep sleep cuz in pain.., sakit sangat. Tuhan saja yang tahu) He came to consult me with diagnosis. Yes, I have 3 disc slipped and it hits my nerves. Thats the root cause Of my pain. Explaining this and that, with a solution that time to do a minor surgery next day. Epidural was the procedure. I was advised to start fasting at 6am before undergo the procedure. And skip to the next part, that morning I woke up and wanted to go to the toilet, but the pain that I felt was 200x stronger. I do not know. Just so painful. Asking for nurse to come help, but that doesnt seem to work. End up I ask the nurse to go back to her place and tried to settle that my self.
